If you are swayed by your likes or dislikes, you can become a slave to them.
Mindful practice is acting without hesitation even if you don’t want to, listening to someone even if you don’t want to, or stopping what you like to do now if it will bring you losses later.
If you want freedom in your life, you need to be free from your likes and dislikes.
