03/18Joey KimI'm adjusting to a new routine. I feel some resistance and awkwardness toward these changes, but I know I'll get used to them in time. This, too, shall pass.

03/17Joey KimI felt angry after watching a fake YouTube video. Looking back, I regret letting my emotions take over in that moment. As AI advances, fake news may become more frequent. I acknowledge this reality and will practice right view to see things as they truly are. I remind myself that even this shall pass.

03/15Joey KimWe are at the beginning of a new chapter. I have long held the habit of overworking, driven by a need to perform and be recognized. It is time to release the past and approach new things with ease. I remind myself: this, too, shall pass.

03/14Joey KimI had a molar removed because of inflammation. I am at peace with it and taking time to rest for a full recovery. Like everything else, this too will pass

03/13Joey KimIt’s hard to drink cold water because my molar hurts. You should go see a dentist and get it treated. There’s no need to suffer; it will pass.

03/12Joey KimWhen things don't go my way, I find myself getting angry. But I realize the other person isn't doing anything wrong; they are just different from me. This, too, shall pass.

03/11Joey KimI am grateful for this environment where I have a teacher and fellow practitioners(dobans), allowing me to pray every day. This, too, shall pass.

03/10Joey KimMy three-year volunteer journey is coming to an end. Although there were moments of exhaustion, I am deeply grateful for the lessons learned and the inner strength I've gained. This, too, shall pass.

03/9Joey KimAs I reflect on my weekend, I feel a bit heavy, yet at ease. I am mindfully observing the state of my body and mind, and I intend to move through this week with a sense of lightness and ease. Even this shall pass.
