For peace in our family, I posted an uplifting morning greeting in our family chat.

One of my colleagues didn't inform me about an important schedule in advance, so I found out through another channel. Instead of criticizing him for his actions, I let it go. However, when he realized his mistake and apologized multiple times afterward, I felt fortunate that I didn't criticize him.

In conversation, tried not to feed into my family's over focus on negative world politics that we have no control over.

Even if don't agree with another person's opinions or suggestions, I try to listen to them rather than refute them and insist on my views. That way we can converse calmly rather than get into arguements.

I came to realize that negative perception I have on my in-laws is not based on the facts, but the reflection of my biases and preconceptions. I will be mindful of here and now, so that I don't create unnecessary stress and conflicts.

I've signed the petition for no war on Amnesty website, I wish for peace and safety for those in conflict.

Today, I vow and prayed World peace and Korean reunion. I also think what I can do for that more than writing and praying. Also, I discussed this issue with my friends as well.

I invited my niece to lunch and can't wait to give her a big hug and listen to all the things happening in her life!

I reached out to my friends for the sake of connection itself, without any particular agenda or expectation. Sometimes I am surprised at how quickly time can pass without contact when I am not aware of it. It feels good to show the people I care about that I care.

I didn't have any conflicts with others, but to prevent any issues, I replaced a bin with a broken lid that I accidentally damaged with a new one and placed it in the kitchen. Also, I received an apple pie that my friend made, so I decided to share some pizza I cooked in the oven as a thank you.
