My neighbour broke my sprinker and did not tell me. I fixed it quiety as they drove out of the driveway yelling "sorry" out the window.

I met people from Nigeria today. She asked me if Korea was part of Japan, I explained to her calmly with smile Korea is not part of Japan. I understand it is possible not to know.

My kid came home really irritated from academy yesterday. I listened to him all the way through and encouraged him to look at things more positively, and he seemed to calm down and feel more at ease. I felt good about this.

I attended a "no war" protest in my city. It was amazing to see so many people in my community come together, share our values for peace, and learn more about how we can help.

I had a long conversation with my tennis coach. Even though I was impatient due to the long conversation, I did not get agitated. When wrapping up the call, I even thanked him for his time.

While working on a task, I initially felt uncomfortable and judgmental toward the person in charge, who kept asking for changes without reviewing the provided materials in advance. However, when I reflected on it, I realized that if I had given more detailed guidance earlier, this confusion might not have happened. With that understanding, my heart and my words softened. Rather than blaming the other person or pointing out their faults, I’m glad I was able to take a step back and look at myself instead. I practiced speaking and expressing myself kindly and gently.

I sent a warm message to an acquaintance's family, who had evacuated from Israel to Korea due to the conflict, and I wished for an end to the war.

I moved back in with my family and have been reminding myself we won't see eye to eye on everything
