After today's morning English article reading, I learned some new words. I'm grateful that I can learn something new every day. And this gives me positive attitude for a day!

This morning after morning practice, participated in the 1st day of English Book Club with new practitioners. We took a turn to read three articles of Pomnyun Sunim Dharma Dharma Talk for 30 min. and shared what we felt after reading and listening the others. It's good that I can brush up my English with Jungto practitioners in the morning. I feel grateful that there are many volunteers who are working for the international department of Junto. TOGETHER we are a mosaic Buddha!

Today, I was inspired by colleague in company. They work very well and proposed good idea during the meeting as I just listen and do not point out. I think they are slow and passive while I am fast and active. I reconiged I am really hot temper.

Reading about Ven. Pomnyun Sunim and 1,200 pilgrims' visit to Jetavana in Shravasti, I felt calm and peaceful. They calmly walked and asked for alms as the Buddha his 1,250 disciples did 2,600 years ago. Watching them being mindful of of their own actions silently and peacefully, I was able to gain calmness.

Reading about "Serving 10,000 people" that Sunim and 1,200 pilgrims did at Sujata Academy I felt very grateful for all the donors and volunteers who have made it possible. The story inspired me to have more gratitude for what I already have and what I can contribute to make this world a better place to live.

Today, I inspired by squirrel. She or he is not scary in front of me at all. Just focus on doing what she/he does. It was a good reminder for the day.

I felt thankful after Sunday Meditation sharing with my fellow practitioners. When Sunim told us about the difficult situation in Sri Lanka flooded by the climate crisis, my perspective broadened. Thank Sangha.

The opening ceremony of the Seoul Jungto Center was very moving. As Sunim said it is a physical manifestation of what Jungto Society and its socian NOGs have been doing for the past 30 years. I belive the Seoul Jungto Center will become a center that brings freedom and happiness all aroudn the world.
