07/13Joey KimI have a lot of things to do, so I get annoyed and put them off. I notice that I am feeling uneasy and try to do them one by one. When I actually do them, it is not a big deal.

07/11miyeounI repent of getting angry at my husband yesterday. I became upset when I saw him leave a lot of dishes in the sink after preparing and eating breakfast. Instead of being grateful that he took care of his own breakfast without asking me to prepare it, I focused only on the shortcomings and became fixated on that. I am starting fresh. I am grateful to my husband who always accepts my apologies immediately and holds no grudges. I feel at ease now.
