Being driven by things to do in the future, I couldn't stay up here now. Let's focus on me here now.

I am aware of feeling a bit giddy about the year-end. I will reset my perspective as a practitioner.

Maybe because I worked too hard, my eyes hurt and my body is heavy. I admit that my body is sending a signal to rest, and I will live slowly. It is a new start from today.

Everything is of my own making, and I accept the results. I persevere in my practice. I feel calm now.

I've just finished the schedule with the company visitors, and now I'm leaving for a business trip to handle a different quality issue. Since I have a lot of work, I will focus on living only for today. I will simply do what needs to be done, concentrating on me, right here, right now.

I admit that this year was the menopause, even though my body was down and my emotions were up and down. I'm glad that I can pray every day at a time of body and mind change. Let's start anew with care and love for me.

I'm starting a two-day schedule today with a company executive from the US. I'm a little nervous, because I want to look good. I'm doing it as lightly as I can. It's no big deal.

I'm a bit nervous to start Sunday off with a busy schedule. Let's see if I want to do well or if I'm struggling, and start anew.

I reflected on my conversations with people and realized that my voice got louder as I was being a know-it-all and showing off. I am now recognizing and stopping the habit of interrupting others while they are speaking. I am starting fresh today.

I volunteered for a Korean class yesterday. I started late because I arrived at the wrong place, but I'm glad that I finished it well. Rather than being distressed, I try to do what I can.
