06/22Joey KimIn hot and humid weather, I get prickly heat on my body, which is ticklish and uncomfortable. I admit that my body is hot and my skin is sending me signals to survive, and I take a rest. This too shall pass.

06/20Joey KimI'm sad that the volunteer work I loved is ending. I'm grateful that I was able to do it for 3 years with fun. Nothing lasts forever, so try something new. I'm making a fresh start.

06/18miyeounYesterday in the meeting, I felt resistant to hearing my husband's different opinion, but when I became aware of that, I listened attentively. He explained aspects that I had not considered, which brought up gratitude. I am practicing letting go of my own thoughts and listening well. I feel calm now.
