I will make sure stay connected with my acquaintance who goes through depression by inviting her out for lunch or sharing my comments on the Netflix show she recommended to me.

I cleaned and restocked a neglected Little Free Library with books and some small items - now it has books again for exchange and looks welcoming!

Although I didn't do much related to social welfare today, I did help someone. I saw a girl come out of Woolies with her hands full of items. Suddenly, one of her paper bags broke, and her belongings scattered everywhere. I quickly opened my car's boot and gave her an extra paper bag I had. She was able to gather her things and carry them with ease. I felt happy that I could help someone in need.

I helped my teammate with some issues she was having at work. She didn't want to take this task to the next week, so I helped her out, and now I hope she can enjoy her weekend.

Skipped class to have lunch with colleagues since I'd been busy lately and had possibly been seeming distant from them.

This practice exercise makes me realize that visiting my elderly neighbor is long overdue. She is quite aged and lives alone. Sometimes I hear someone visiting her during the Christmas holidays or on Mother’s Day. I know she is fine since I saw her watering her garden a couple of days ago, but it would be nice for her to have someone to chat with for a little bit.

I've helped my neighbors submit their appeals to the city government.
