My friends and I put together a card and gift for our former professor who recently lost her adult daughter to let her know that our hearts are with her.

I attended the online sharing sessions from Kashmiri Indians who shared their struggles and success on how to bring peace through education. I felt good, learnt their pain and participated as solidarity for the Kashmiris in India.

Today I massaged the parents of my friend who passed away suddenly. It felt nice to help them feel a little better, at least physically.

(For Monday 08/01) In a conversation with my friend (recovering from unsuccessful cosmetic surgery), she revealed that she finally felt ready to return to work at her office for the first time in several weeks. I think she hasn\'t been to work in at least two months due to a combination of physical and emotional reasons.

(For Sunday 07/01) A friend has been going through a hard time following an unsuccessful cosmetic surgery procedure. I have been helping her with moral support on a daily basis as she struggles with the physical and emotional difficulties that have followed.
