While taking a walk in a park near my town, I picked up few trash, threw them into a garbage container.

I shared and sold my items at a bargain price to people in my neighborhood. I was happy to see them grateful and smiling.

I shopped at local businesses today to support a vibrant small-town economy.

When I ride the subway, I try to be mindful of other passengers—especially when I’m standing near the door—by refraining from using my phone. When I get too focused on my own business, I tend to unintentionally block the way.

As my husband was leaving to visit his friend in a nursing home, I asked him to pass along my regards to our friend who has a fractured arm.

I made donation to a children’s hospital today when asked by a store clerk. I rarely say yes. It felt good to give back a little.

I feel good knowing that my automatic monthly donation to JTS will be used effectively to help those in the greatest need, with an extremely low administrative overhead because JTS is 100% volunteer-run.

Today I gave my neighbor who is growing some tomatoes advice that the plants like drip watering and early in the morning .

Yesterday I was able to help some older individuals pick up a 10lb of ice at their request and help them load it into their cart.

Yesterday at work, by paying close attention to what others were saying, I was able to respond to their needs and wishes more proactively.
