I sent a belated sympathy card to encourage a colleague I rarely interact with anymore when I found out that she was taking a leave of absence to help recover from her daughter's passing.

On a trip to Jeju, I went plogging (picking up trash from the side of the street) for 45 minutes. It felt good to make a small difference.

A few days ago my cat disappeared, i start looking for her and realised I have so many neigbors I don't know, I talked to lots of people I hadnt seen before and now I feel much more connected to them and pay more attention to say hello, to look around and not arrive and leave home in a hurry but with mindfulness

I hold the doors to let people pass before me. It’s surprising that people are surprised by this gesture, in any case they are always happy.

I am always watching out for my neighbors and their dogs at night!

I made my annual donation on my birthday to epilepsy foundation in Korea.

Last night, we had a heavy snowfall. Since the snow from last week was still piled up in some places, I thought clearing the snow would take longer. However, when I woke up in the morning, I could see lots of my neighbors start clearing the snow early in the moring. So I joined them and we cleared every alley of the town but it didn\'t take so long and I felt good and rewarding.

I volunteer at the local food bank to help feed local families in need
