I have been kind and peaceful with my family as Christmas approaches

I heard from my client that my co worker complained me for not doing what she does daily. I clarified my client that we have different roles and tasks, so our daily tasks might not be the same. The client accepted and I didn't respond to my co worker.

I don't know if that counts but I send a lot of Christmas letters to elderly relatives of mine with who I do not really communicate that much, wishing them health, happiness and a good New Year. I felt peaceful afterwards

When my daughter talked about taking a couple of days off from her new job I started to question if that is a wise choice. She held her ground and as I listened, I reminded myself that it’s not my decision to make.

I was thankful to the lady who filled my water bottle, and I felt happy inside when I reminded myself not to take things for granted.

Given the current climate of uncertainty, I suggested to my son that he reconsider his decision to turn down the full-time job offer after his internship. When he remained unconvinced, I initially felt the urge to persuade him, but I was ultimately able to understand and respect his perspective and autonomy.
