A coworker asked what I was watching on my phone at lunchtime and I explained that I was enrolled in a Buddhist class. She asked me why I was taking the class and I was very honest with her about some difficulties that I was going through. I think she was very appreciative of my honesty and showed some interest in The details of the class. I feel like we made a small connection.
