I talked with my partner about a decision about our future and I made an effort to understand her point of view and reach a compromise which would be good for her

When I have been reading the news and talking to others about the conflicts in the Middle East between Iran, Israel, and the US, I am trying to use language that promotes peace instead of more division. Violence and violent words cannot stop the cycle of hatred and suffering.

I talked to my family and friends about the international conflict and maintained hope for an end to the war between Israel and Iran.

I carefully read and watched the news to better understand the context of the Middle East conflicts.

As I was on my way to work today, I reminded myself to be mindful of the people I interact with. I was able to listen to others with a more empathetic mind and accept them as they are, without judgment.

While my sister was staying at my place, I tried to keep the peace, even though she’s not the easiest person to be around.

We also talked about how South Korea nearly experienced tragic violence due to the declaration of martial law, but was resilient enough to transition back to a democratic process thanks to awakened people. Wishing for peace everywhere in the world.
