I listened to world history podcast in order to understand the geopolitical view of current affair.

When a coworker came to complain to me about another coworker. I listened attentively without objections. Once they seem a little calmer, I carefully expressed sometimes things may cross due to miscommunication and misunderstanding. I’m happy to assist anywhere they may need help. The coworker felt better and calmer after our conversation.

Today, for peace in my family I withheld criticism of my brother when he tells me of his extravagant spending on his extra vehicle, one he uses only to fetch a soda at the convenience store or to the car wash. Instead, I vow to examine my own superfluous spending and reduce.

Something kind of crazy happened at my place of work, and I did not want to add to any gossip so I didn't share anything on the matter until what actually happened was shared with the team from upper management during a meeting, and I was asked how I thought and felt about it.

While placing a phone order, I maintained patience despite the miscommunication that happened between the employee and me. I saw no reason to get upset.

I have organized my 16 unit community to address concerns over a new development proposed next to our community. Together we will address environmental and other concerns and find peace with the new development
