Today I reached out to a friend who is going through a difficult time.

While jogging today, I greeted people who were passing by with a simple, "Hello" rather than just passing them by.

Today a stranger was rude to me at the gym. I practiced empathy and asked if she was having a bad day rather than arguing with her. Later she came and apologized to me and told me that she was, indeed, having a bad day. She thanked me for being kind instead of picking a fight.

Today I avoided arguing with my partner by keeping my calm and showing him kindness and understanding instead.

Today I went for a walk instead of arguing.

After watching the Symposium about peace in Korean peninsula, I learned something new. North Korean government also focusing on their economic development. I hope their needs and our needs can meet in a appropriate level.

I think stimulating each other while reading an article about North Korea's recent missile provocations will not help either side. For peace between the South and the North, wisdom is needed to look further than the immediate phenomenon. I feel frustrated because the reality is not like that.

I am so peaceful right now after doing 1000 morning pray.

I went to a store in hope to return a headset. The store policy prevented me from getting a refund due to the opened box. I was not happy with their policy since the headset was not working on my laptop. However, the customer service person seems to be doing her best to accommodate my wish. Finally, I was able to settle with a store credit and I kept my calm and expressed my gratitude to her.
