01/11YUJIN HONGMy husband complained about feeling tired after coming home from work. He wanted to have a conversation with me before going to sleep, and I accommodated him, but it took over an hour. While I couldn't provide a clear solution, my husband expressed gratitude for our conversation last night this morning.

01/11Jungmin LeeI found myself enjoying gossiping by reading comments on news. Although I don\'t make any comments, now I know enjoying it in my mind contributes to scapegoating and spreading rumors.

01/11ElizabethI resisted the urge to gossip and instead gave this person the benefit of the doubt

01/10Corinne KellerIt was very difficult to listen again and again for the umpteenth time to my husband telling me that I am a liar. He tells me that I'm a liar because I never told him that when things weren't going well and I was sad it was because of our complicated relationship. The times I tried to tell him he told me I was criticizing him. I stopped thinking and saying so as not to argue. Unfortunately, this is not enough to solve the problems. I hoped that with the practice of meditation and its teaching I would be able to overcome this ordeal. This is not the case in this situation. Fortunately, other situations in my life show me the openness and valuable tools that the practice of meditation offers me.
