12/15Joey KimIt's Monday, the start of a new week, so I feel a little tense. I am thankful for my colleagues who work with me. They are truly appreciated.

12/14Joey KimI am fortunate to be able to consult with my dammar teacher at this starting point of menopause and burnout. It is amazing that difficult, painful, and unpleasant situations may not necessarily become suffering. I will continue to head toward the place where there is no suffering.

12/13Joey KimI acknowledge that my body and mind are struggling; my posture has become hunched, and my back aches. I accept that I am finding things difficult and will take on tasks one by one, doing what I can. Now is the time to properly dedicate myself to both exercise and practice. I will start anew today.

12/11Joey KimMaybe because I worked too hard, my eyes hurt and my body is heavy. I admit that my body is sending a signal to rest, and I will live slowly. It is a new start from today.

12/10miyeounEverything is of my own making, and I accept the results. I persevere in my practice. I feel calm now.

12/10Joey KimI've just finished the schedule with the company visitors, and now I'm leaving for a business trip to handle a different quality issue. Since I have a lot of work, I will focus on living only for today. I will simply do what needs to be done, concentrating on me, right here, right now.
