    I am grateful to be alive today with my eyes open, and I am satisfied with my current reality. The external environment continues to change, and I only have to make my own choices about it. As it is now, I am moving forward on a comfortable and happy path.

    I have a habit of worrying and preparing in advance. When I think about what I have to do today, my mind becomes busy. If you do it little by little, as much as you can, it's not a big deal. I'm comfortable the way it is right now.

    It's uncomfortable and cold with the drizzle that falls every day. Even this shall pass. I stopped blaming the environment and spent my evenings doing yoga and Zumba, so I was able to sleep well.
