    It's nice to see my colleagues face to face after a long time on a business trip. Working from home and online meetings are great, but I'm finding that meeting people in person is also meaningful. I am grateful to my friends and colleagues who help me.

    I have a habit of worrying and preparing in advance. When I think about what I have to do today, my mind becomes busy. If you do it little by little, as much as you can, it's not a big deal. I'm comfortable the way it is right now.

    It's uncomfortable and cold with the drizzle that falls every day. Even this shall pass. I stopped blaming the environment and spent my evenings doing yoga and Zumba, so I was able to sleep well.
