As I reflect on my weekend, I feel a bit heavy, yet at ease. I am mindfully observing the state of my body and mind, and I intend to move through this week with a sense of lightness and ease. Even this shall pass.

I ate late last night, so I feel heavy today. It tasted good, but it wasn't good for my body. It was fun while it lasted, but this, too, will pass."

I am deeply grateful to have a teacher to guide me whenever my mind is troubled. I realize that all suffering and cravings arise from within my own mind. I continue to practice staying awake to the present moment, here and now, knowing that this, too, shall pass.

I went to sleep and woke up early, and my body felt much lighter. I’m trying to stay mindful, as my mood tends to fluctuate with my physical condition. But I remind myself: this, too, shall pass.

Hearing about the conflicts in the Middle East brings the suffering of war to mind and highlights the urgent need for peace. I offer my gratitude for the stillness of this day. I remind myself that all things are impermanent, and this, too, will pass.

My shoulders are sore and my body feels heavy. However, I am grateful that my stomachache has eased. I recognize these symptoms as signs from my body to rest, so I will take it easy. This, too, shall pass.

I had a restful weekend and my mind feels much lighter. My stomach is still slightly uncomfortable, so I will start the week mindfully and gently. Even this shall pass.

I am grateful to open my eyes to a new day. Although I still feel heavy and exhausted, I accept that this moment is enough. This, too, shall pass.

My body is unwell with the flu and a stomach ache. I recognize this pain as a teaching to slow down. I am practicing rest. This, too, shall pass.
