11/10Joey KimI just returned from helping a Vietnamese family who suffered flood damage from the typhoon. Seeing them look so much brighter and more energetic than last month fills my heart with joy and warmth. I am realizing the preciousness of my daily life, and I am trying to live satisfied in the here and now.

11/8Joey KimI felt a little low, so I went to a local market. Seeing the street vendors in the Vietnamese market living so busily and full of life gave me energy. I will focus on right now and live through the day.
