    Yesterday my husband asked me why I am angry, but I wasn't angry at all. I was just speaking in my usual way. My husband misunderstood. I realize that I have a habit of not speaking gently. I will speak more gently. I feel calm now.

    Maybe because I turned on the air conditioner for a long time, I think I have a cooling disease. Even though it's cold in a rainy and cool weather, it's hot when I bundle up.
