03/31mimiMy heart was racing as if I was being chased, so I looked to see if there could be anything that was causing me to feel that way, but there was nothing. I realized that it was probably because I have a busy schedule today, and my anxiety get me the best of me. Once I realize that there is nothing urgent that I need to rush, my mind has become much calmer now.
