04/4mimiI feel thankful that i didn't express my anger outwardly despite feeling frustrated with high school daughter's lack of focus on studying and tendency to engage in other activities. But I realized that just having her alive and by my side brings me great happiness. My heart has become much calmer now.

04/1miyeounI understand that I am experiencing less anger and frustration these days is not because I am doing well in my practice but there are fewer things in my environment that make me angry or frustrated. I will continue practice regularly so that i can live with less influence from my surroundings. I feel calm now.
