I am grateful that I can reset the perspective as a practitioner through today's Dharma talk. I understand that there will be no suffering as long as I am awake here and now.

Yesterday, rather than understanding the other person, I got angry and impatient with my colleague. I feel refreshed after admitting that I am greedy and anxious and that it is my problem.

When anxiety about the uncertain future arises, I focus on the present right here. I become much more comfortable now.

I don't know who is better - me, who gets impatient when looking at what needs to be done, or the laid-back colleague. I'm angry and frustrated, so it's my problem. I admit that my greed and anxiety is high and I adjust to it with colleague.

I break free from the foolishness of distinguishing 'mine' and 'yours', 'my side' and 'your side.' I am thankful for the teaching that we are connected, and my happiness depends on your happiness.

I am greedy and want to excel, which makes me more anxious and impatient. Practice noticing when I feel anxious and impatient.

Before today is over, I am grateful that I can reflect on myself. When I get caught up in thinking that I am right, it is suffering, but understanding the other person's mind makes me at ease. I am thankful to the teacher who taught me this wisdom.

After a busy week, there is no big deal. From a different perspective, I realized that if I focus on urgent and important things, there is no need to rush and struggle. These are all problems created by my greedy and anxious mind.

I understand that the mind is always changing, and I won't hold onto a single thought. I feel a bit uncomfortable now.

I feel proud after taking the initiative and completing a successful schedule with a busy business traveler. It was easy to admit that I was greedy, anxious, and nervous during the schedule. I will live freely as the master of my own life.
