My body itches in the rain and cool weather. I stop complaining about the weather and focus on keeping warm. I suffer by the greed of wanting the world to turn out the way I want it to. I admit my foolishness.

I am thankful for being aware of the present moment when I am anxious about the future. I am calm right now.

I am living well with the help of many people. I'm glad to know that I was the only one struggling and suffering, but I am living with the help of many people. I am grateful and happy right here and now.

If I am aware here, now, and me, there will be no suffering. I feel at ease now.

I have no problem as long as the basic needs of food, clothing, and shelter are met and the children are not sick. I admit that I was sufferred by anxiety and greed yesterday. Let’s start again from today.

I am a good person and have a great desire to receive attention and recognition from people. I turned off my phone for a week on vacation, but I'm embarrassed because no one is contacting me for work reasons. I'm thankful for the time when I realized that the world goes on just fine without me. It was a precious time to realize that I was not a big deal.

I still find it difficult to take my job lightly. I know that it's not working as I would like it to, but I acknowledge the gradual improvement. I feel calm now. i

I plan ahead and then get impatient, worried, and angry. Then I admit that I am okay.

I am still feeling heavy-hearted when I work, whether it's at my job or during volunteer work. I realize it and consistently practice to stay aware.

It's painful to expect others to do the same as I worked hard. I admit that I suffer because I want the other person to do as much as I want. Whether it's work in company or volunteer work, I feel much lighter when I acknowledge that I do it because I want to and because I enjoy it.
