I am grateful that I can exercise, take a cool shower, and eat fruit on the weekend. I will not forget the hard work of others and will live by sharing.

I feel less swayed by other people's words. I am grateful for the Sunim's teachings. I feel at ease now.

I am grateful to be living without worrying about food, clothing, and shelter. I am satisfied with the current reality and will try to reduce my addiction to consumption. I, others, and the earth will all move forward on a good path.

The tropical nights are over, and the weather is much cooler, so I feel light. Rather than being swayed by the environment, I try to do what I can. There are a lot of things to do, but if I do them one by one, it's not a big deal.

Yesterday I got angry at someone who made a mistake, and I repent for that. Anyone can make mistakes. I make mistakes too. I will focus on solutions rather than problems. I'm starting fresh from today. I feels calm right now.

The weather has become cooler after the rain, and I feel much lighter. My head is complicated with all sorts of things to do. I admit it and try to do them one by one. There is nothing wrong with it.

I was holding tightly to myself, but when I realized it and let go, my mind became peaceful. I am experiencing that understanding others is ultimately something I do for myself as well. I feel at ease now.

The room is hot due to the hot weather. I am trying to adapt to the sudden heat. This too will pass. Rather than blaming the weather or others, I am trying to do what I can.

Suddenly, the weather got hotter and I felt heavy and had a rash on my skin. This is the process of my body adapting to the heat wave. I will stop blaming the environment and others and do what I can.

I find myself caught up in the thought that I must not be sick, leading me to be overly protective of my body. I will take good care of my body, but I will not become attached to it. I feel calm now.
