11/29Joey KimI went to bed late, so my body feels heavy, but it is wonderful to start the day with practice. As I gave annual performance reviews and feedback on work attitude to my staff, I reflected on whether I was emotional. Also, when I reflect the feedback I gave to others back onto myself, I realize I have many shortcomings, and I repent. I will start by improving myself first.

11/28Joey KimThe Dharma teaching that resonated with me today is about maintaining equanimity during times of great upheaval, and doing what is positive and right even if the world seems to be moving in the opposite direction. Rather than complaining about the changes in the world and at my company, I will try to find the positive aspects and focus on what I can do.

11/27Joey KimMy mind is wavering greatly due to external changes, especially those at work. How shall I live? Whether I live in suffering or in peace is my own choice. I will stay present and aware to myself, right here and right now, and practice meditation whenever I find a moment.

11/26Joey KimI'm very concerned and struggling with the schedule with the company's business travelers. Looking back, I think it was hard because I tried hard to look good. I admit I did, and I'll start anew.

11/25miyeounI am grateful that I can stay centered even if the unstable situation comes my way.

11/25Joey KimI'm nervous about my two-day schedule with a visitor. I admit that I'm nervous and struggling, and I'm doing what I can. I look a little bad, and I have no problem if I'm not good at it.

11/24Joey KimI have a schedule with a business trip from today to Friday with visitors, but I feel at ease. I just need to do what I can. It's no big deal.

11/23Joey KimI'm having a relaxing and leisurely weekend. I often get anxious when I'm free and bored. I admit I am and try to stop. There is no problem.

11/22Joey KimA agonizing week has passed, and looking back, it's nothing special. When things get tough and painful, I'll just say, "That's it!" After picking up trash in the park in front of my house, I feel at peace now.
