    I am exhausted from the schedule with visitors. It's because of the desire to look good. I admit that I am like that and make a fresh start today.

    It's raining and I jump over a ditch and fall and it hurts. I forgot to remember that I fell last year. Since it has already happened, let it go and practice staying awake here and now.
