12/9Joey KimI admit that this year was the menopause, even though my body was down and my emotions were up and down. I'm glad that I can pray every day at a time of body and mind change. Let's start anew with care and love for me.

12/8Joey KimI'm starting a two-day schedule today with a company executive from the US. I'm a little nervous, because I want to look good. I'm doing it as lightly as I can. It's no big deal.

12/7Joey KimI'm a bit nervous to start Sunday off with a busy schedule. Let's see if I want to do well or if I'm struggling, and start anew.

12/6Joey KimI reflected on my conversations with people and realized that my voice got louder as I was being a know-it-all and showing off. I am now recognizing and stopping the habit of interrupting others while they are speaking. I am starting fresh today.

12/5Joey KimI volunteered for a Korean class yesterday. I started late because I arrived at the wrong place, but I'm glad that I finished it well. Rather than being distressed, I try to do what I can.

12/4Joey KimI reflect on the questions: Who am I? and How shall I live? I realize that I have been living to show others or to avoid falling behind. I am now seeking the path to live as the master of my own life. I acknowledge and respect the greatness of the Buddha, who left his comfortable kingdom to seek freedom and happiness.

12/3Joey KimI'm just going to do what I'm doing at a company that I'm not willing to do. I just have to do what I have to do, and it's no big deal. I'm going to start anew today.

12/2Joey KimI have a lot of thoughts about this and that. I'll do what I can knowing that it's agony. Let's start anew today.
-
12/1Joey KimInstead of clinging to unchangeable circumstances or my past, I focus on what I can do. By shifting my perspective to myself, here and now, I feel a greater sense of peace in my mind.

11/30Joey KimWhen I work, I try so hard to do well that my mind and body get nervous. I acknowledge that I am struggling and putting in a lot of effort. Starting today, I will make a light and fresh start.
