I overate and slept, so my body feels heavy and I feel sleepy. I admit it and try to start anew.

Yesterday in the meeting, I felt resistant to hearing my husband's different opinion, but when I became aware of that, I listened attentively. He explained aspects that I had not considered, which brought up gratitude. I am practicing letting go of my own thoughts and listening well. I feel calm now.

When I have a lot of work, I'm busy, and when I don't, I'm bored. I change my perspective so that when I have a lot of work, I can learn and when I don't, I can have free time. I'm happy the way I am now.

After finishing the early morning meeting, my head is heavy and I am tired. I have a lot of things to do today, so I will do them one by one. I will make a fresh start.

I did my morning practice while dozing off. I am grateful for a morning that began with prayer.

I feel heavy and sleepy. This is the result of overeating and watching movies late last night. Let's forget about the past and start anew from today.

I'm having a hard time in this hot weather. I feel heavy after drinking and eating. I notice the heat, wash up, and watch.

I'm worried because something went wrong during my work. It's not something that can be solved by worrying, but I'm tired of worrying. Since it's something that's already happened, I'm going to focus on how to solve it.

Yesterday through the class, I realized that I need to practice speaking more gently. When I become fixated on the thought that I am right, my words become rigid and forceful, so I understand that I need to practice acknowledging our differences first and staying mindful of what I am saying. I know well that life is an endless process of practice, so I will continue to cultivate awareness steadily. Right now, I feel calm.

Yesterday, I saw someone and realized that I become like him—someone who gets irritated with others and expresses his feelings through his behavior. Understanding that being irritated and expressing my feelings to others without awareness makes me foolish and causes suffering to others, I will consistently practice awareness and letting go. Now I feel thankful for the Buddha's teachings.
