    I eliminated meat as part of my diet for the next week as I think it will significantly lower my environmental impact primarily by lowering greenhouse gas emissions, conserving vital natural resources like land and water, and protecting biodiversity.

    I saved the watermelon rind to compost for the garden. I am happy that the nutrients left will go into the soil.

    I refused to put my groceries in a plastic bag from grocery store today. I feel happy to do the right thing 🙂

    Although it's still quite wasteful, I at least made sure to buy paper disposable cups instead of plastic.

    I’m very concerned with recycle process, always separate containers and plastic papers, cardboards , organic recycles make and no recyclable waste be separate on weekly basis

    Since I had the time, I took the local train to work instead of driving the car.

    Instead of shopping at a large supermarket, I walked to a nearby store, bought only what I could carry in my shopping bag, and walked back home. By doing this, I reduced my carbon footprint, supported local small businesses, and took care of my health—a choice that benefits everyone.
