Since I had the time, I took the local train to work instead of driving the car.

Instead of shopping at a large supermarket, I walked to a nearby store, bought only what I could carry in my shopping bag, and walked back home. By doing this, I reduced my carbon footprint, supported local small businesses, and took care of my health—a choice that benefits everyone.

I did the laundry and dried it outside instead of using the dryer. Seeing the clothes dried crisp in the sunlight makes me feel good.
